So we have  met with the owner, Kim, of CeDemarras bar / restaurant down the street called (*(&(*(*&&.
He sound willing to meet with us an discuss what it takes to open a bar/ brewery.

He seemed interested in more than that and it is m hunch that he is looking at us for information about brewing.  Going to try and have a meeting with him some time this week.
